Thomas E. Fischer, CLI, CCDI is a seasoned legal investigator with over 30 years of distinguished service as a detective with the Milwaukee Police Department. Throughout his career, he specialized in homicide, armed robbery, and white-collar crime investigations, and later oversaw unit-level operations while serving as Vice President and Chief Lobbyist for the Milwaukee Police Association. In 2010, he founded Thomas Fischer Investigations LLC, where he continues to provide comprehensive legal support through trial preparation, skip tracing, surveillance, and forensic case management. He has been recognized for his excellence with multiple commendations from law enforcement agencies and the Criminal Defense Investigation Training Council, and holds the elite CLI accreditation from NALI.

Tom remains a respected voice in the investigative community. He has been qualified as an expert investigator in Wisconsin court proceedings and regularly contributes his expertise to continuing education for legal professionals and investigators.
