Samantha Santiago is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Premier Pathfinders LLC, an investigative and strategic intelligence firm based in Austin, Texas. She brings over 13 years of covert service as a CIA officer, holding a Top Secret/SCI security clearance with specialized certifications in both targeting and intelligence analysis. Samantha has received multiple Exceptional Performance Awards and a National Intelligence Meritorious Unit Citation for her counterterrorism and high-impact national security work. Known for her precision and discretion, she now applies that same rigor to private sector investigations including litigation support, executive vetting, cybercrime intelligence, fraud, human trafficking, and missing persons cases.

Beyond her firm leadership, Samantha is an active leader in the PI community—serving on the Board of Directors for the International Intelligence Network (Intellenet), acting as a Regional Director for the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators (TALI), and participating on the Ethics Committee for the National Council of Investigations & Security Services (NCISS).
